Why settle for one house when you can have two? This site had such spectacular views, we wanted to take advantage of them all. Instead of one rather large living area, we split off part of it and created a separate, more intimate guest cottage. Each room in each building has a unique view of the ocean, coves, and coastlines from a secluded 2-acre property.
